LS - LED Measurement Instruments

Labsphere offers two precision instruments for measurement of light emitting diodes. The LED-1100 Spectral/Angular Analyzer is a compact benchtop instrument designed for complete optical analysis of LED performance. Measure quantities such as radiant intensity, luminous intensity, intensity profile, viewing angle, peak wavelength and center wavelength over the spectral range from 350 to 1050 nm with results in less than 20 seconds. The LED-202 Measurement System features a two-inch Spectralon integrating sphere, microproprocessor based radiometer and a diode array spectrometer for measurement of the radiometric, photometric and spectral quantities of LEDs over the wavelength region from 350 to 1050 nm.
