Excella provides services to clients in continuing care retirement communities, independent and assisted living homes, and adult day health settings. Our team of therapists works within healthcare interdisciplinary teams to seamlessly deliver the highest quality of rehabilitative care in the industry.

Our unique programs in retirement communities have demonstrated significant outcomes in reducing both hospitalizations and turnover of apartments of clients in the community.
