 Excella Home Health provides comprehensive health and supportive care for you and your loved ones within the home environment of an Assisted Living community.
Excella offers skilled nursing and rehabilitative physical and occupational therapy services according to your needs as directed by the patient’s physician. We will work in coordination with the nursing management within the community, per Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations, to assure a continuity of care that is unmatched! Excella personnel can be an integral part in coordinating the care services offered by an Assisted Living community along with the Medicare A and B benefits for home care and skilled nursing.
