Our approach toward staffing qualified professionals
is to call upon their talents when needed, allowing
us to operate cost efficiently. Scott Valorose is the
principal ergonomist and president of Ergonomics Outreach™.
Brief descriptions of Mr. Valorose’s background
and our extended team of professionals are provided
below. If needed, you can reach
us for more information.
Mr. Valorose holds a graduate degree specific to the
field of industrial ergonomics with a Bachelor's degree
in Industrial Technology, and is certified as a professional
ergonomist (CPE) by the Board of Certification in Professional
Ergonomics. He has supported the development and implementation
of ergonomic processes and initiatives by preparing
written policies, auditing or accessing plant operations
and tasks, developing and implementing solutions that
abate ergonomic risk factors and exposure, and educating
employees and management. He has also provided product
design support driven by user testing for pneumatic
assembly and impact tools and prototypes, wearable barcode
scanners, hammers, shovels, pens, pipettes, and office
and truck seating – several receiving Industrial
Design Excellence Awards (IDEA) by the Industrial Designers
Society of America (IDSA). Furthermore, Mr. Valorose
has provided expert witness testimony in regard to alleged
injuries associated with risk factor exposures in the
workplace and use of specific tools/equipment.
We consider our extended team of professional ergonomists
and occupational consultants one of our most valuable
resources. To satisfy diverse technical requirements
and project scheduling, we possess close working relationships
with select certified professional ergonomists, safety
professionals, and occupational physicians that share
in our continual commitment toward satisfying your ergonomic
needs. Each professional brings a unique combination
of academic credentials and 10 to 20 years of real-world
experience.
