1 Call to phone is busy or unanswered.
2 Call is forwarded to a port on the Unified Messenger voice server.
3 Integration provides called party information and Unified Messenger plays greeting.
4 Caller leaves a voice message.
5 Voice message is compressed and saved as an object in the Exchange Server data store.
6 Exchange notifies the PC of a new message & Unified Messenger lights the message waiting lamp on the teleset.

Called party may view the message on-screen and playback via the multi-media PC or the phone.
