By presenting property for sale to Gold to Green Parties, LLC, customers accept a payment based on our appraisal and determination of value on the day of the party or event. Absolutely no telephone, e-mail, or oral quotations or estimates will be binding on Gold to Green Parties, LLC. All sales are final.
By using this website and/or sending property to Gold to Green Parties, LLC, you agree that Gold to Green Parties, LLC shall not be considered liable to any individual or entity in any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of this website. By using this website, you agree that you are solely responsible for understanding and properly using the content herein, and that no Gold to Green Parties, LLC employee, agent, representative, manager, or owner shall be held responsible for any direct or indirect loss or harm resulting from the misunderstanding or misuse of this website.
All hosts, representatives, guests and affiliates agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Gold to Green Parties, LLC from and against any physical harm or property damage, of any kind whatsoever, that may occur during a Gold to Green Parties, LLC party or during the transfer of any party items while they are in the custody of the party coordinator, a host, or a guest.

From time to time and at its sole discretion, Gold to Green Parties, LLC offers promotional incentives called, “hostess rewards”. These hostess rewards are not intended to continue perpetually, and may be revoked or withdrawn at any time, without notice. Please contact a Gold to Green Parties, LLC representative to verify the current “hostess rewards” or other promotions currently available, if any, to you.
