Summary:
  Working under direct supervision of the Store Manager, the role of the Service Manager  is to oversee the operations of the repair shop.  

Responsibilities:

  • Commit to and support store and individual sales goals
  • Manage and perform repair shop duties including assembly, repair and maintenance of equipment
  • Achieve and maintain manufacturers' certification requirements
  • Train service staff
  • Maintain adequate inventory levels of shop supplies
  • Act as liaison with all associates to reinforce relationship between sales and services
  • Ensure delivery of high quality products and services to customers
  • Provide sales floor assistance as required
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in tuning and repairing skis, snowboards and bicycles required
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment
  • Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
