Co-Op Development Engineering Job Summary:
Responsible for assisting designing, developing and improving emerging or existing processes. Will assist with technology transition to production and initial sustaining engineering activities.
Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

- Assist in performing process experimentation.
- Collect and analyze data, prepare schedules and reports for supervisor.
- Assist in process design, development, documentation and characterization using statistical methods.
- Assist with engineering support for prototypes and production.
- May assist with machine design and mechanical design for fixturing using CAD software.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Education, Experience and Skills:

- Must be a student working toward a BS in an engineering discipline.
- Computer skills in an MS Windows environment, familiarity with spreadsheets and project management software required.
- Familiarity with experimental methods is required.
