The welcoming space captures the feeling of the area's historical architecture.  Open to the air and the cobblestone streets, Mambo Grill is warmed with rich colors, rustic wood beams and plush, comfortable furnishings.

Custom-built lighting flank the entryway and spotlight local art adorning the beautifully preserved brick walls.  The sounds of meringue, salsa, bossanova and latin-funk envelope your ears as you step into this newfound oasis.

Built by the owners themselves, the unique mosaic tables are well spaced throughout the dining room. Enjoy cityscape views and intimate conversation with each bite. Or indulge in our private Casa booth complete with Spanish terracotta tiled roof and intimate lighting and wrought iron details.

A look inside reveals Mambo Grill’s open-concept galley kitchen. Warm wooden surfaces, tiled floors and walls and amber-painted backdrop show off the focal point – a charming arched doorway to our back kitchen adorned with imported talevera tiles from Mexico.  Mambo seats 45. Seasonal outdoor tables can seat 20 additional people.
