Since we are a division of an electrical contracting company,
many of our projects are in conjunction with our electrical
division.
While the electrical division installs all the high-voltage
elements of the project, Longchamps Communication Systems would
take responsibility for all low-voltage aspects. This may include
voice, data and video infrastructure, as well as building automation
system cabling and low-voltage cabling for manufacturing equipment.
For example, at the Lamson Library Project at Plymouth State
College, our division installed over 800 voice and data circuits.
Virtually every project won by the electrical division results
in a project for Longchamps Communication Systems." LCS
also pursues projects independently and enjoys working directly
to the owner and to other electrical contractors."

Cable Communications, Inc. is renovating 167,000 square feet
of commercial space in Manchester, NH to accommodate its new
Call Center. When complete, the facility will be home to over
800 employees. The facility, formerly a Raytheon manufacturing,
is being gutted and will receive extensive renovation to both
the interior and exterior. The renovation,  performed
in phases, will see 2/3rds of the building complete by fall
with the remaining 1/3rd to be completed at a future date. Occupancy
is slated for late October of this year.
