Over the past few years, the telecommunications and networking industries have
evolved dramatically. With new performance categories being developed constantly
and the demands on networks growing, companies want to ensure that the systems
they install provide the best solutions to their needs both today and into the
future. Longchamps Communication Systems is positioned to provide its customers
just that.
Longchamps Communication Systems, a division of Longchamps
Electric, specializes in the design, installation and certification of voice,
data, and video communication systems. We realize every company is unique
and, therefore, so are its communication needs. On every project, we take into
account the communication requirements of the customer, as well as the architecture
of the building, desired components, both passive and active, as well as aesthetics,
future growth potential and all applicable building codes.
In an effort to better meet the growing and more complex communication needs
of our customers, Longchamps carries certifications with numerous manufacturers
and our technicians receive regular training in the latest installation practices
and hardware. Longchamps staffs a Registered Communication Distribution Designer
(RCDD) and is a member of the Building Industry Consultant Services International
(BICSI). When designing and installing systems, Longchamps also strictly adheres
to the telecommunication cabling standards established by the Telecommunication
Industry Association and Electronic Industry Alliance (TIA/EIA).
In addition to voice, data and video networks, we also install complete paging
systems designed to meet the specific needs of the customer. Utilizing affiliations,
Longchamps Communication Systems can also provide a turnkey solution to your projects
and assist with fire, security, CCTV and PBX systems. Also, as a division of Longchamps
Electric, we are able to provide value added services to our customers, such as
complete modular furniture installation including voice, data and electrical cabling.
