Reports to Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

INSTRUMENTS SALES ENGINEER

• Provide sales and support for optical instrument product line
• Backup sales and support for Spectroscopy products
• Responsible for $2.5M sales quota
• Assist Advertising and Marketing Managers determining sales promotion strategy
• Duties include: Telephone sales, travelling 25% on customer sales calls; customer product training; trade exhibit attendance. BS in Chemistry or Physical Science, plus two to five years' experience in sales of instruments or technical products.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT CHEMISTS
For our Reflectance Spectroscopy Instruments

• Applications Engineer/Spectroscopist for pre-sale and applications support
• Project manager for new and custom product development
• Provide customer and sales force training
• MS in Chemistry or Physics required; must have hands-on experience with Spectroscopic instruments. OPTICAL CALIBRATION ENGINEER

• Perform radiometric and photometric calibrations of electrical and optical instruments and materials
• Duties include: set up test apparatus for design engineers, characterization of products, write test procedures, maintain records in accordance with ISO 9000 requirements.
• Two year degree in Physics, Optical Sciences, or related field required; four-year degree preferred. Must have knowledge of radiometry, metrology and basic electronics.
• Must have experience with Windows spreadsheet and word processing programs.

REFLECTANCE LABORATORY TECHNICIAN

• Entry level production position
• Duties include: production of Spectralon® reflectance material (training provided)
• Work with R & D on formulas for special standards, seed batch preparation and vacuum bakeout process.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
