This starts from the top where our senior management executives average more then 25 years experience. The team includes specialist in all aspects of commercial real estate including planning, financing, development, marketing and management. Our Senior Team Members:
Michael A. Howland
Started the company in 1958 and he is still active in all facets of the business. Mike was a former Director of the Algonquin Club, and a founding member of Royal Palm Yacht Club.
William A. Yetman
Has been a partner at Howland Development for almost 15 years. He oversees the day to day operations of the projects. He has been involved in real estate since 1978. He founded and was a partner of Crosspoint Development. Bill was a former Director of Guaranty First Trust Company, Rizzo Associates, Alpha Analytical, and Carlin Insurance. Also, a former Trustee of Dedham Country Day School.
