You've
purchased several homes in your life but you've always dreamed of building one
yourself. Designing it to contain all the amenities that you and your family can't
live without. Or maybe you want to completely renovate your current home to give
it the facelift it needs. Or even make a major addition like a two car garage
with an in-law apartment. Whatever your situation, a Construction-to-Permanent
Mortgage with Fidelity Bank can make financing the project easy. Check out our
Construction Financing Program and Easier-than-it-looks Mortgage Checklist. We'll
help make building the home of your dreams a reality.
This mortgage program
offers one-step construction financing for new home construction, major home renovations,
and large home additions. We've designed it to be flexible, cost effective, and
convenient for you. A Construction-to-Permanent Mortgage provides 12 months of
interest only payments during the construction of your home. Once the construction
is complete, your loan becomes a permanent mortgage. You have the option to convert
to a fixed rate mortgage at any time during the first 10 days of the month within
60 months from the day you closed the loan. There is no cost to convert which
saves you money and time. Interest only payments during construction give you
the financial flexibility you need. We offer mortgages with 10, 15, 20 or 30-year
terms for owner-occupied single family homes, conforming and jumbo loan programs. We
also give you the option to lock in your rate at the time of application.
We also offer fixed rate construction loans.
