EGS Gauging provides a complete service
support team to ensure proper operation of
your system. The Customer Service Engineer
assures proper system operation and the Application
Engineer works with the plant personnel to
achieve full utilization and benefits of the
system.

The
Customer Service Engineer will perform the final
electrical terminations, functional check of system
operation and certification that the installation
is complete. He will also be available to provide
brief training in maintenance orientation. The Application
Engineer will consult with plant personnel to identify
specific tasks which must be accomplished, provide
instruction to obtain data and lay out a logical
time sequence of events desired. The Application
Engineering effort will depend on the system complexity
as described in the proposal. The Application Engineer
often improves the system utilization through follow-up
training long after the original start-up is completed.

Preventative Maintenance
Support
This program is perfect for those who choose to
service their own equipment, but desire regular
preventative maintenance services from EGS Gauging. Some
features can include quick response technical
support, training for one of your technicians
and on-site emergency service within 24 hours
(36 on weekends and holidays).
Modular Replacement Support
This program is designed for those who wish
to replace defective modules at a fixed annual
rate. Quick response technical support and defective
modules shipped to locations within 24 hours of
request, seven days a week.
Product Support Agreements
The EGS Gauging Support Agreement can be tailored to your
needs. It includes a variety of features to choose
from; therefore, we ensure that you get exactly
what you need for the life of your EGS Gauging.
