As we start a New Year at Dav-Tech Plating Inc. we have been very busy continuing to upgrade our facility with increased Hardcoating Capacity as well as adding an additional 2700gls. of Electroless Nickel Plating capability. With these capacity increases (and the increased chilling and rectification which must accompany those capacity demands), Dav-Tech will be able to offer our present and prospective customers not only increased production with better service, but more competitive pricing as well.
Our new addition has proven very successful in allowing us to offer customers with those ‘difficult-to-handle’ programs or ‘one-time’ large size parts (12’ x 12’ x 24”) with extra heavy weight (15 ton). We have utilized this breakdown system to accommodate the large parts being constructed for several projects related to nuclear facility refurbishing programs (currently underway throughout the United States), as well as space programs related to satellites launched for the United States and foreign countries.
Dav-Tech Plating Inc. has been through several rounds of ISO audits over the last several years, and all were successfully completed. This past year we were awarded the AS9100 Rev B Certification and we will continue to seek out those types of certification, which will insure that we remain one of the premier finishing companies in the metal finishing industry within the United States.
We have also added new staff within the Company both in management as well as on the floor. This staff has been trained by individuals at Dav-Tech that possess over 30 years of experience in the philosophy of what service really means, and how it is implemented across all aspects of our successful business.
