Shipping Policy
All shipments are delivered
by UPS. Orders typically take 7 to 15 business days to
ship. A Vinyl Fence 4
You will email you with an order confirmation, which
a link to track your order progress. Shipments are
typically delivered on pallets. The pallets are typically
broken open to be offloaded by hand or you can use
a forklift. The sections come in boxes and are ready
to assemble. The sections will need to be put together
on site. Please see our installation instructions for
details.
Customers Responsibility
It will be necessary for you or your representative
to be on site at the time of delivery to unload the
truck. If you or a representative is not present
you will incur a storage fee. The customer is responsible
for immediately reporting any shortages or damages.
The customer or representative must file damages
or shortages on the bill of lading which must be
signed by both the customer and driver.
Vinyl Fence 4 You Responsibility and Guidelines
Vinyl Fence 4 You loads the truck with the correct
items and takes a digital picture of the materials
before leaving our facility. All orders are fully
insured by Vinyl Fence 4 You. After the materials
have left our facility it is UPS’ responsibility
to get it to you in good condition. Any shortage
or damage must be noted on the bill of lading at
the time of delivery. The delivery driver will want
to inspect the packages, goods and all shipping containers
before a claim can be made. After inspection a claim
must be filed on the bill of lading and signed by
both parties.
Trucking Responsibility
A Vinyl Fence 4 You is not responsible for any damage
or shortage caused by the delivery company. We can
not guarantee any particular day or time of delivery
it is up to each trucking company. We ship proper
quantities in good condition therefore the carrier
is responsible for the delivery.
Return Policy
Our products are backed by 100% satisfaction
guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your product
within thirty
days of delivery we will accept a return. We will not
accept returns after thirty days from delivery. We
do not imply any restocking charges on our customers.
Guidelines
The material must be in the same condition and packaging
as they were sent out. This includes all parts and
documentation. Do not reuse packaging or shipping
boxes that have been damaged. All items returned
with original packaging materials or in an otherwise
unsellable condition will be charged a fee. As the
customer you are responsible for the safe and undamaged
return of all items. Ship all items with signature
required and insured. Failure to do so could result
in no refund, if it is clear we have not received
the item back.
Procedure
If you receive your material and want to send it back
you must contact A Vinyl Fence 4 You and get a return
materials form. We will email or fax you the return
materials form. You must fill it out and return it
back to us for approval of return. Upon receiving
the items back we will inspect them to make sure
all parts including installation instructions and
documentation are returned.
Refunds
Shipping charges are not refundable. You will be charged
shipping to and from you location. In addition, any
damaged or missing items will be deducted from your
refund. A refund will be processed immediately upon
authorization and mailed out to you.
Refused Shipments
If the customer refuses a delivery they incur a 35%
re-stocking fee plus applicable cancellation fees,
in-bound freight charges, and shipping and handling
back to the manufacturer. Please do not refuse a
delivery, instead contact A Vinyl Fence 4 You.
