Terms of Agreement

ABS accepts no responsibility for consequences arising from disputed actions based upon recommendations or other information provided by ABS. ABS does not guarantee any specific results such as specific cost reduction amounts or specific profit increase amounts. ABS also reserves the right to refuse an assignment and to resign from an assignment for ethical or other professional reasons. Conversely, clients are free to reject proposals by ABS. All orders for research projects and reports are final and non-refundable. Research proposals that are accepted by the client within the specified time require a 50% deposit to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon notification that the project is complete and before the information has been sent unless a valid Purchase Order has been accepted. The client agrees that the initial deposit may be forfeited if the balance is not paid within 30 calendar days of notification to the client that the project is completed.
