Key Management:


The founder, Toni Nicholas, was born and raised in Lowell, Mass. She holds an MBA and a Graduate Level Marketing Certificate from New Hampshire College, a private college in Manchester NH, now known as Southern NH University. Her Bachelor of Science Degree Major was also in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resource Management. She was listed on the President's List and was inducted as a member of Delta Mu Delta, a National Honor Society in Business Administration. She has over eighteen years of experience in Customer Service, Sales, both Professional and Retail, and, more recent (1997), post-graduate experience in Marketing. In the past, she has also worked in the high-tech manufacturing industry as well as in government.



Ms. Nicholas has authored several business articles featured in "It's About Business," a monthly newspaper distributed to businesses in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts. She has also written reports on numerous topics, and she has presented on topics such as: Strategic Management: Taking a Snapshot of your Business; Ignorance Can Hurt You; Marketing Strategies (Round Table Discussion); and Lowell's Winning Strategies. The last topic was based on primary research of Lowell residents and was specifically geared for identifying reasons and solutions on how to compete successfully in the local area.

Ms. Nicholas works with a variety of professionals, independent contractors, and part-time staff. Projects have involved a variety of industries, and, depending upon the project's scope, other professionals and staff members may be called in on an as-needed basis.

Ms. Nicholas is also involved in community volunteer efforts. She co-founded the Greater Lowell Chamber of Commerce and served, in the past, as a Board Member and as Chairperson for the Professional Services Committee. Currently, she is a Jr. Achievement volunteer and has founded The Nicholas Fund with the Greater Lowell Community Foundation (www.glcfoundation.org ).
