of several public and privately held companies including Picturetel, Voxware,
Microlog, Lanyon, Ltd., Ampro, and NetLearning. Mr. Levi was CEO of Natural MicroSystems
when it staged its IPO and grew it at a rate of 45% per year. He was president
of Voice Processing Corp and merged it into Voice Control Systems. He has been
a consultant to the Regional Bell Operating Companies (RBOC). He has extensive
experience internationally and was the Executive Vice President of Raytheon Data
Systems, where he established the international division, which was headquartered
in Amsterdam. Mr. Levi is a graduate of Harvard College and the Harvard Business
School.
39 years old, is a co-founder & shareholder of
the company and was the Chief Executive Officer until October 1999 and has been
Board ector since the Company's creation in 1995. Mr. Gentizon will concentrate
on new business development at major accounts, strategic relationships such as
Microsoft, and new market development such as e-commerce. Mr. Gentizon successfully
led the turnaround of a multi-national micro-mechanical company between 1987 and
1993. This company achieved a sales volume of 50 million dollars per annum before
he sold it in 1993. Mr. Gentizon was a management consultant to a high tech spin-off
of the Lausanne Swiss Institute of Technology [EPFL]. He holds University Master
degrees in both engineering and economics from the Universities of Bern and Neuchâtel,
Switzerland.
General Manager North American Operations36 years old, joined
the Company in January of 1999. Before joining MediaPhonics, he held various senior
management positions at NMS, where he was a key contributor in building the sales
and marketing organization, primarily in the area of strategic alliances and partnerships.
Most recently, he served as the ector of Business Development at NMS. During his
10 years at NMS, the company grew from a sales volume of less than 2 million to
annual revenue in excess of 75 million. The company has partnerships with technology
suppliers such as Comverse, Lucent, Siemens, Motorola and Microsoft. Mr. McGillivray
holds a BA in economics from the University of Massachusetts.
46 years old, is a
co-founder & shareholder of the company and has been the VP and Chief Technology
Officer, Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of ectors since the
company's creation. Mr. Petitpierre brings more than 15 years experience in IT
technology management and has founded a system integration company distributing
Olivetti products in Switzerland. He holds University Master degrees in both economics
and information technology from the University of Neuchâtel, Switzerland.
46 years old, is a co-founder
& shareholder of the company and has been the VP World Wide Operations since
the company's creation. Previously, Mr. Salek held management positions in a large
Swiss insurance company. He holds University Master degrees in both engineering
and economics from the Universities of Prague, Czech Republic and Neuchâtel,
Switzerland.
36 years old, is a co-founder
& shareholder of the company and has been the Hardware & Firmware Division
Manager since the company's creation. Previously, Mr. Ivaldi held R&D engineering
positions for Schlumberger. He has higher engineering training in industrial computing.
32 years old, is a co-founder & shareholder of the company
and has been the VP Software Development since the company's creation. Previously,
Mr. Sturzenegger was Chief Engineer of the ATM software division of ASCOM. He
holds a Bachelor's degree in micro-technology engineering from the University
of Neuchâtel.
38 years old, joined the company in August 1998. Previous
experience covers 5 years in Corporate Finance at VP level and 8 years in various
management functions of small and middle sized companies. He holds a Masters degree
in economics from the University of Basel, Switzerland.
