System Engineer
- Responsible for technical support of OEM accounts in the US and Canada. SE will
work closely with the North American Sales team to support a growing customer
base and will be responsible for technical presentations, customer and sales staff
training, helping customers manage product implementation and evolution, and providing
customer feedback to Marketing and Product Development teams. The position requires
both on-site and telephone support, and up to 40% travel.
Requirements: A BS
degree in Computer Science/Telecommunications, or equivalent. 2 - 3 years experience
in a computer or telecommunications-related field, including at least one year
of software development experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills. A working knowledge of telecommunications systems and standards.
