Hammer Technologies offers a variety of Hammer IT Training courses at our Wilmington MA, San Jose CA, and Chicago IL facilities. The classes are hands on, taught by Certified Hammer Instructors, and will teach you the basics of how to use the Hammer IT productively in your test environment.

Course Description:

Basic Users Course 2.4

The Hammer IT Basic Users Course is a 2 day class and runs from 9AM to 5PM each day, dress is casual.

You will get an overview of the entire Hammer method of CTI testing. You will build, test and schedule telephony tests using our powerful icons. You will also learn to use the database, speech recognition, custom views, and other Hammer capabilities.

Prerequisites:

Previous programming experience in either Visual Basic, Q Basic, C or Pascal
