The Core Services package is a combination of maintenance and support services for the Hammer IT, IP, and LoadBlaster designed to help you maximize your Hammer investment.

  • First year Core Services included with every IT system 
  • Ninety-day support included with ISG systems -- support packages available 
  • Telephone support 7am - 7pm (Eastern Standard Time) by trained Hammer technicians for hardware and software issue resolution 
  • Depot hardware repair for your Hammer system with two-way paid shipping 
  • Remote dial-in to your Hammer system for assistance 
  • Software bug fixes and patches 
  • Free software upgrade to new base feature releases (some features may be chargeable) 
  • Formal escalation procedure with management attention

HammerCare Extended Maintenance
HammerCare Extended Maintenance is the best way to make sure both your people and systems stay up-to-date with the latest Hammer test advances. Keep your test efficiency at peak with features that include: 

  • Updates to the latest Hammer-base software releases 
  • Hardware maintenance for your Hammer system 
  • Free refresher training class at Hammer facilities for each covered system 
  • All other Core HammerCare services extended over your contract period 
  • 7x24 Priority option available
