Directions to Teradyne from the North:

Take 94 South to Lake Cook Road.  Exit on Lake Cook Road (exact toll change 
$ .50).  Take a left at the light on the exit ramp.  Take a right at the first stoplight (Wilmot Road), then take a quick left onto a frontage road.  You will see a sign on the right side of the street:  Teradyne Main Building.  Turn into the driveway and park in the Visitor's Lot.  There will be a receptionist at the front desk.

Directions to the Teradyne from the South:

From Chicago:  Take 90/94 North until they split.  90 will head toward the airport.  94 will head toward Milwaukee.  Take 94 and continue heading north until Route 41.  Stay left and continue on 41 and exit at Lake Cook Road (1/4 mile).  Take a left at the light on the exit ramp.  You will pass Northbrook Court and Waukegan Road.  Jewel is on the left and you will go past Jewel about 1 mile.  Take a left on Pine Street and a quick right on the frontage road. You will see a sign on the left side of the street:  Teradyne Main Building.  Turn into the driveway and park in the Visitor's Lot.  There will be a receptionist at the front desk.

OR:  Take 294 North.  Exit Lake Cook Road.  Take a right at the stop light on the exit ramp.  Take a right at Wilmot.  Take a quick left on the frontage road.  You will see a sign on the right side of the street:  Teradyne Main Building.  Turn into the driveway and park in the Visitor's Lot.  There will be a receptionist at the front desk.

Directions to Teradyne from the East:

You should take 65 North to the 90 Tollway.  Continue North (signs will say west) until 90 merges with 94.    Continue on 90/94 until they split.  90 will head toward the airport.  94 will head toward Milwaukee.  Take 94 and continue heading north until Route 41.  Stay left and continue on 41 and exit at Lake Cook Road (1/4 mile).  Take a left at the light on the exit ramp.  You will pass Northbrook Court and Waukegan Road.  Jewel is on the left and you will go past Jewel about 2 mile.  Take a left on Pine Street and a quick right on the frontage road.  You will see a sign on the left side of the street:  Teradyne Main Building.  Turn into the driveway and park in the Visitor's Lot.  There will be a receptionist at the front desk.

Take 88 East (88 East becomes 88 Toll East) to 294 North towards Milwaukee/290 West/Rockford.  Take 294 North/Tri-State exit (on left) towards O'Hare/Milwaukee.  Merge onto 294 Toll North.  Exit Lake Cook Road.  Take a right at the stop light on the exit ramp.  Take a right at Wilmot.  Take a quick left onto the frontage road.  You will see a sign on the right side of the street:  Teradyne Main Building.  Turn into the driveway and park in the Visitor's Lot.  There will be a receptionist at the front desk. 

Directions to Teradyne from the O'Hare Airport:

Once you arrive at the O'Hare Airport, you may call 1-800-244-1177 for an American Taxi to take you Teradyne in Deerfield (please ask for the Teradyne rate (approx. $23)).
