Technologies Announces Web Conference on Avoiding Call Center Failures
Wilmington,
MA - (May 25, 1999) - Hammer Technologies today announced that
it is hosting a special conference on Avoiding Call Center Failures. Most
call centers today have experienced serious application, network, or system
failures that resulted in lost calls and, sometimes, lost customers. Many
of these failures could have been avoided or minimized through the use
of automated testing tools prior to application deployment or for in-service
testing. Yet a significant percentage of call centers still do not know
about or take advantage of automated telecommunications testing tools.
The special
"Avoiding Call Center Failures" conference will take place on Tuesday,
June 1, 1999 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. EDT on the Tele-M@rket
web site (www.telemkt.com). The conference will feature experts from
Hammer Technologies, a leader in CTI test systems and services, who will
discuss how automated test systems can be used in call centers to maximize
reliability and call center quality. Call center managers will learn why
automated testing is essential in today's complex call center environment,
the different options for testing, and how to get started using automated
testing in their own call center.
