Document an exciting new computer
telephony test product. This is an opportunity
to be an individual documentation contributor
and work hand in hand with a team of developers.
Technical
Environment Elements:
- Windows
NT on IBM compatible PC
- Visual
Basic Compatible Language
- ODBC
compatible data base/embedded SQL
- Telephony
and data communications
Requirements:
- Ability
to extract highly technical information from
software engineers and technical manuals of
suppliers.
- Ability
to create and publish documentation using
Word for Windows, FrameMaker or other Desktop
Publishing Tool.
- Familiarity
with Robohelp or other similar package to
create help files
- Experience
in documenting turnkey systems with significant
software content
- Some
knowledge of programming languages required,
familiarity with Visual Basic or Microsoft
Basic highly desirable
- Familiarity
with HTML
- BS
Degree or equivalent
