Software Engineer - Generalist


Duties/Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
  • Specify, develop & test Call Center testing and monitoring applications
  • Write product functional and design specifications
  • Develop, test, and debug C/C++ code on Windows NT
  • Develop, test, and debug complex Hammer Visual Basic Scripts
  • Write product installation scripts
  • Support Quality Assurance and Technical Support activities as needed
Education/Training/Skills/Experience Required:
  • BSEE/CS or equivalent
  • 3+ years Windows NT application development in C++, MFC, Visual Basic, COM
  • Experience with relational databases using SQL and ODBC
  • Experience in Computer Telephony and internet applications a plus
  • Good oral and written communication skills a plus
