Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Member of
management team responsible for defining and implementing division
strategy and business plan.
- Manage quarterly
forecast, including definition of forecast, tactical plan, execution
and tracking.
- Recruit and
develop inside and outside sales representatives.
- Develop and
implement plan that provides staffing, skills, target segments
and process necessary to achieve division growth targets.
Requirements:
- At least
5 years of experience managing sales teams producing at least
$10M/year.
- Proven record
of growing sales volume.
