Manager,
Engineering
Midnight Product Line
Responsibilities:
- Lead software
development team of 4-8 engineers on network performance testing
products.
- Manage project
schedules, motivate engineering team, communicate with other company
functions.
- Provide
technical leadership with a concentration on networking and software
development as well as process improvement.
- Assist in
setting product direction by meeting with customers, assisting
with market research and strategic sales.
Requirements:
- BSEE/BSCS
or equivalent with at least 8 years experience
- Experience
with software development in a UNIX/C environment
- Software/hardware
performance analysis
- Prior engineering
management experience
- Experience
in any of the following a plus: embedded systems, network programming/implementation,
PCI technology, device drivers, Tcl/Tk, Perl, gcc, gdb, gmake,
X Windows, PC architecture.
- BSEE/BSCS
or equivalent.
