Consulting Services Manager


Duties/Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
  • Take charge and expand current consulting business volumes, resources and capabilities.
  • Coordinate and manage individual consulting engagments, deliverables, and customer expectations.
  • Scope and size consulting assignments with customers and sales reps.
  • High level management of strategic client relationships.
  • Initiate and manage 3rd party partner relationships.
  • Work with regional sales and operations staff to achieve business targets
Education/Training/Skills/Experience Required:
  • BSEE/BSCS or equivalent.
  • 5+ years experience in computer telephony field.
  • 5+years experience in professional services delivery.
  • Professional services management experience.
  • Technical understanding of CTI, preferably call center systems- ACD, IVR etc.
  • Visual Basic or equivalent programming experience.
