Consulting
Services Manager
Duties/Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Take
charge and expand current consulting business
volumes, resources and capabilities.
- Coordinate
and manage individual consulting engagments,
deliverables, and customer expectations.
- Scope
and size consulting assignments with customers
and sales reps.
- High
level management of strategic client relationships.
- Initiate
and manage 3rd party partner relationships.
- Work
with regional sales and operations staff
to achieve business targets
Education/Training/Skills/Experience
Required:
- BSEE/BSCS
or equivalent.
- 5+
years experience in computer telephony field.
- 5+years
experience in professional services delivery.
- Professional
services management experience.
- Technical
understanding of CTI, preferably call center
systems- ACD, IVR etc.
- Visual
Basic or equivalent programming experience.
