Standard:
Your items for delivery are picked up and delivered within 2 hours or less
Economy:
Your items for delivery are picked up and delivered within 4 hours or less. The cutoff time for Economy Service is 1pm.
Medical:
Specialized STAT and Routed Medical Courier services using drivers trained in the handling of medical specimens following 49 CFR 171-180 guidelines with ambient, chilled and frozen transport conditions. Bar code tracking and chain of custody also available.

Local Courier Delivery Services under Transportation, Delivery, and Relocation Solutions (TDRS), Schedule 48, offer same day delivery of letters, small packages, and heavyweight shipments within a Metropolitan City Area. The minimum service coverage is within 60 miles of the Metropolitan City Area of the city being served.
The service coverage can be any city located in the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. This new service offers time-definite pick-ups and deliveries and can be customized to meet an agency's specific needs.
SIN 451-3, Local Courier Delivery Services offer:
• Choice and flexibility with multiple contractors in different cities;
• Rush service with immediate same day delivery, usually within 30 minutes;
• Standard service with same day delivery within hours;
• Routed service where shipments are picked up and delivered;
• Handling and delivery of extra weight shipments up to the weight handled commercially;
• Waiting or loading time where the driver will wait for the shipment or wait to deliver at the destination;
• Increased insurance available over the minimum $100;
• Money back guarantee if service commitment is not met; and
• Saturday and Sunday pickup and delivery.
