The devices listed below represent standard types in our "Nova" product offering, which are generally available "off-the-shelf" and are only a portion of STC's capability to provide IGBT's in hermetic packaging. All are available in alternative packaging, such as surface mount, through-hole, chassis-mount, and multi-chip module configurations.
