1993 – Acquired New Industrial Techniques (FL)
1998 – Acquired Pitney Bowes PM operation
2008 – Sold ESP to Longroad Asset Management LLC
2008 – PM Engineered Solutions (PMES) became a division of Wakefield Solutions
2012 – PM Engineered Solutions became a stand alone company after the sale of Wakefield Solutions to Ohmite

Wakefield Solutions – PM Engineered Solutions, Inc.   February 27th, 2012...

PM Engineered Solutions, Inc. – formerly know as ESP, a Connecticut based powder metal, thermoset plastic and injection molded component manufacturer has separated from Wakefield Solutions Inc. and is now its own entity.  This transition will have no effect on day-to-day business with our customers.  All support functions will now be generated from the Connecticut operation.

We look forward to maintaining and improving our relationships with existing customers and demonstrating our abilities to new customers.
