Nov. 1968: Christos begins
Real Estate career in Santa Monica, California. |
1969-1973: Christos built
more than 500 apartment units in Santa Monica,
California. He was directly responsible for
design, construction, financing, raising investor
capital and preparing financial reports to
investors. He also established comprehensive
property management systems and was responsible
for all aspects of leasing, property management
and sales. |
1973-1975: Joint ventured
an 80-unit single-family residential project
in Westford, MA. Christos was responsible
for financing the project. |
1973-1987: Developed Chelmsford
Village in Chelmsford MA. A 262 unit condominium
development including 134 town home units
as well as 128 garden-type condominium units
situated in four-story buildings. Chelmsford
Village is fully equipped with a clubhouse,
four tennis courts and two swimming pools.
Christos was responsible for the design, construction,
financing and sales of the entire project
from beginning to end. All sales were handled
by direct on-site sales personnel.

1975-1976: Christos built
27 unit upscale condominiums in Pacific Palisades,
California. He was responsible for all phases
of construction and sales. |
1977-1988: Christos purchased
a 300 acre single family residential lard
parcel located at Howard Rd, Westford, MA.
He sold the land in 1984 to Robert Hicks.
( This parcel was later developed by Hicks
at Hitchin’ Post Green, a 160 single
family residential community). |
1978-1984: Christos purchased
a 20 acre condominium land parcel located
at Groton Rd, Chelmsford, MA. He sold the
land in 1984 to Robert Hicks Development Co.
This parcel was developed by Hicks as Scotty
Hollow Condominium consisting of 200 units.) |
1980-1981: Christos
built an upscale condominium in Palms, California.

1987- 1988: Christos rebuilt
major portion (12,000 sq. ft) of Bob White’s
Princeton Lounge and Restaurant on Princeton
St. Chelmsford, MA. |
1987-1988: Christos purchased
50% interest in a Wood Products Company involved
in the production of custom millwork. |
1989- 1994: Formed Asset
Management & Disposition, Inc. –
North. (“AMDI”). AMDI worked extensively
with developers, lending institutions, the
FDIC, RECOLL and BANKONE in working out troubled
real estate matters. |
1994-1998: AMDI provided
consultation services to clients regarding
development, construction, real estate acquisition
and financial restructuring. AMDI obtained
private financing for clients form third parties
and has made private loans directly to clients. |
1993: Christos Formed Park
Avenue Development Corporation |
1994-1999: Park Avenue
acquired 12 acre parcel on High St. Chelmsford,
MA and subdivided the parcel as “Park
Avenue Estates” and upscale 7-lot subdivision
located at Somerset Place )off High St.),
Chelmsford, MA. Sold six lots of the 7-lot
subdivision to T.B. G Construction (Tom Gonsalves).
Park Ave constructed and sold a 3800 sq. ft
house on the remaining lot. |
1996-1997: Park Ave purchased
a 12 acre parcel off Hoover Drive in Portsmouth,
NH. The parcel was approved in June, 1996
as a 10 unit development that included a 9-unit
PUD and 1 Form A lot. The approved PUD and
the Form A lot were sold to Developer Joe
Sawtelle in December, 1997. |
