Mill City Properties offers property management services to property owners and investors. Whether you have a couple units or a couple hundred units we are fully equipped to service you. We offer a host of property management services including:

1) Complete Property Management: This service includes everything.. from renting apartments, through tenant screening & filling vacancies, collecting rent, handling security deposits, making all necessary repairs & improvements, dealing with tenants, solving problems, legal and eviction services, etc.

At the end of the year we provide the owner/investor with a detailed summary of income and expenses which is already formatted in "Schedule E" Format. ( We can even have your tax return prepared by if you desire)

2) A'La Cart Property Management: We can provide any combination of the services list above. We can fill a vacancy, perform electrical repairs, or completely renovate your apartment or property.
