Ordering Information

Ordering 1 mug or 100 glasses is easy when you’re dealing with a firm that specializes in serving the military. Getting all of the special devices and ranks correct is just one of the details we take care of at Military Art. Our objective is to make it easy for you to order. It’s simple, just follow the order form or order online. Please feel free to contact our customer service department with any questions.

Personalization

Personalization is created in Old English font (unless otherwise specified), please distinguish between upper and lower case letters. Personalization is charged at $2.50 per a 25 character line and per side, placed on the rear (unless otherwise specified) and may have to be abbreviated due to space limitations.

Tips

The front of the mug is considered facing away from the drinker when the handle is held in the right hand. Rear design would be facing drinker. Additional designs or applications should be referred to by using the corresponding “M” series number. Optional designs, ranks and rates can be placed on the front, back or opposite the handle. Each additional design is $2.00. If your unit/organization has a specific format for design, please indicate using detailed instructions. Due to space limitations on some mugs/steins, we reserve the right to use our artistic license and experience to create an aesthetically pleasing collector’s item.

Ordering Ceramic Mugs & Steins

1.Photocopy the order form and use that to write on.
2.Indicate the quantity.
3.List the Item number.
4.Indicate the artwork to go on the front and/or back.
5.List any optional designs, rate & rank, and personalization if desired.
6.Calculate the unit cost by adding the item price to any add-on prices (see order form).
7.Calculate the total line item cost by multiplying the quantity to the unit cost.
8.Calculate any art fees if applicable.
9.Calculate the Shipping and Handling charges.
10.Calculate the total price of the order by adding all line items.

Artwork

All mug and stein prices include your choice of a front decoration. Each additional design is $2.00. Personalization is $2.50 per line, per side. We have over 25,000 military logos, images and crests in our database. If you’re not sure if we have your unit, command or ship’s insignia, please check our website or contact our customer service department.

You may submit any piece of art which represents your intended finished art. Size of submitted art should be no less than 3” diameter. Be sure to enclose a color copy, sticker or patch of your insignia. Your insignia will be kept permanently on file for future orders. Repeat orders have no minimum quantity requirements.

Ordering Glassware, Stainless Steel & Acrylic

1. Photocopy the order form and use that to write on.
2. Indicate the quantity (minimum 36 for each item).
3. List the Item number.
4. Indicate the artwork to go on the front or back (Choose from Single Color and Multi-Color Insignia).
5. Indicate Gold or Platinum banding for Glass if desired.
6. Calculate the unit cost by adding the item price to any add-on prices (see order form).
7. Calculate the total line item cost by multiplying the quantity to the unit cost.
8. Calculate any art fees if applicable.
9. Calculate the Shipping and Handling charges.
10. Calculate the total price of the order by adding all line items.

Payment

All custom orders must be paid for in advance. We accept checks, money orders, government purchase orders (on a fast pay basis only), VISA, MasterCard and Discover.

Shipping and Delivery

When ordering an item with existing artwork, it will normally be shipped within 4 weeks of receipt of the order. If your order has new artwork, it will take approximately 6-8 weeks for shipment. (Shipping times are approximate and may differ throughout the year.)Shipments are made via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. All cartons and labels are numbered, so you will know how many cartons to expect. The label contains your order number. If you find it necessary to call us, please have this number handy for quick reference. HOLIDAY ORDERS must be received by October 31 to ensure delivery by December 25.

Rush Orders

If you have a rush requirement, there is a $15.00 surcharge for the first item and $5.00 surcharge for each additional item. Limited to 12 items.

Damaged Goods

We are experienced at shipping all over the world and use packing techniques to ensure safe delivery. However, if goods are damaged during shipment, please proceed as follows: PRIORITY MAIL: Notify the factory within 7 working days on unit letterhead with an itemized list of damaged goods. Please keep all items until you are contacted by our staff. UPS: If the package appears damaged, you should have it inspected by the UPS delivery person immediately. Do not accept a damaged package without a note saying that this was the case. Request that it be put in the UPS record before you sign for the package. We will immediately replace your goods and file a claim on your behalf. All items are guaranteed for safe delivery anywhere in the world.
