For over 29 years, Longchamps Electric has been responding
to the electrical needs of its diverse and growing customer
base. From its inception, Robert O. Longchamps, founder, president
and Master Electrician, has overseen the operations of his company.
Today, he still plays a daily role in guiding his company toward
success.
In his early years, Bob Longchamps worked hard to establish
himself in the local community. By working closely with his
customers and focusing on quality, Longchamps Electric quickly
grew to become a respected, professional organization known
for its dedication to the project and to getting the job done.
Over the years, the industry evolved and customer requirements
grew. Longchamps kept pace with the times by growing its staff
and equipping them with the appropriate resources, such as ongoing
training and certifications. To better meet the growing needs
of its customers, Longchamps also began offering low voltage
services such fire, security, voice and data systems.
Today, Longchamps Electric is one of the largest electrical
contractors in the Southern New Hampshire-Northern Massachusetts
area. Our inside staff of 15 works diligently to support 100
electrical technicians at construction sites, 15 mobile electrical
service technicians and 20 low voltage communication technicians.
We are staunch activists for the industry and we work with local
and state governments as well as industry associations to ensure
that the industry continues to thrive and head in a positive
and prosperous direction.

customers and to their success, we will be an industry leader
in our region. We will advocate for our industry and support
organizations and trade groups that advocate safety, fair competition
and prosperity for our industry.

For
the second consecutive year, the Association of Builders and Contractors
has presented the prestigious Award in Excellence to Longchamps
Electric for our electrical work on the St. Paul’s Chapel
in Concord, NH. The award recognizes contractors who have overcome
project related challenges and have delivered a product worthy
of praise.
