The Liakos Companies have been in the Real Estate business since 1986. We have been involved in various new construction projects in southern New Hampshire. We specialize in the new construction industry. From garden style apartment conversion projects, attached Townhouse style condominiums to detached condos, Single Family homes, as well as small commercial buildings. T. C. Liakos, owner and founder of the Liakos Companies has been personally involved in sales and development of over 10 projects in southern New Hampshire.

Some of our past projects include: Bradford Woods, an attached 202 unit townhouse community on 211 acres in Merrimack NH, Holden Farm, 138 units, Attached and Detached in Nashua NH, Georgetowne of Nashua, 64 unit townhouse development on 20 acres in South Nashua. We have also been involved in the demolition and construction of commercial office space in downtown Nashua.

We are members of the National Association of Home Builders, Home Builders & Remodelers Association of New Hampshire, the National Association of Realtors, New Hampshire Association of Realtors, Greater Manchester and Nashua board of Realtors. We are Licensed Real Estate brokers in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. We are member of the Better Business Bureau as well as the Nashua Chamber of Commerce.

In 2005 we undertook the renovation of a 15, 000 sq. ft. commercial building and negotiated a successful lease agreement with the Salvation Army.
