Infragold
diffuse reflectance standards have typical reflectance values
of 94% to 96% over the NIR-MIR spectral region. The reflectance
data collected over the spectral range from 700 to 2500 nm are
directly traceable to NIST. Calibration from 2.5µm to 15µm is
available.
Infragold
infrared reflectance standards are ideal for calibration of NIR-MIR
spectrometers, FTIR instruments and infrared integrating sphere
systems.
Infragold
diffuse reflectance material is available in large plates (up
to 18 inches square) for use as infrared diffuse reflectance
targets. Larger infrared targets can be constructed by arranging
Infragold plates in arrays; seams may be visible but do not
affect the overall reflectance of the target. Standard reflectance
targets are supplied mounted in an anodized aluminum frame.
