Here’s how we handle your personal information.

Lately, “consumer privacy” has become a hot topic in the news.  Specifically, people are starting to question – with good reason! – how their personal & financial information is being handled by companies & organizations they do business with … especially since it has become clear that some groups are taking what could be considered unfair advantage of their customer/mailing lists.  We have heard that Congress is considering addressing the situation legislatively.  In the meantime, I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know how seriously we here at Fidelity Bank take our responsibility to safeguard the privacy of the information we have about your financial affairs.  In fact, the Bank has had a written “Privacy Policy” in place for some time now.  Basically, it says we place the highest priority on maintaining confidentiality of your personal information across the board, both from employees not in “need-to-know” positions and third parties.  We do not sell your name or information about you for sales solicitations.  Period.  Our mission and our goal is to help you get where you want to be.  A large part of that commitment is protecting your privacy.  We wouldn’t have it any other way.  If you have questions or would like a copy of our “Privacy Policy,” come see us.  Or call 800-581-5363.
