Senior Rehabilitation, LLC offers skilled nursing and rehabilitative physical and occupational therapy services according to your needs as directed by the patient’s physician. We will work in coordination with the nursing management within the community, per Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations, to assure a continuity of care that is unmatched! Senior Rehabilitation, LLC personnel can be an integral part in coordinating the care services offered by an Assisted Living community along with the Medicare A and B benefits for home care and skilled nursing.
