This 650,000 square foot project is comprised of two six-story towers adjoined by a three-story connector building and is located at the crossing of Routes 9 and 90 in Framingham, MA. The project scope involved installation of the complete electrical system including 15KV high voltage site utilities and switchgear, site lighting, (4) 2500A services, pad mount transformers, feeder distribution systems, emergency generator systems, lighting and controls system, fire alarm system, cable tray system, motor control centers, mechanical equipment wiring, furniture partitions wiring, devices and wiring, UPS systems, computer wiring, TV studio, audio/ visual systems and telephone/data conduit provisions. The project commenced in July of 1997 and was completed in March of 1999.

This three-story 222,000 square foot project is located in the heart of one
of New England's premier executive parks in Westford, MA. This fast track
project began in September 2000 and was completed in March 2001. Our scope
of work included the site utilities, electrical services, site lighting, switchgear,
feeder distribution, lighting systems, bus duct, cable tray, life safety systems,
power wiring for mechanical systems and substantial laboratory equipment wiring.

House Boston Phase I & Phase II
Burlington, MA

This five-story 400,000 square foot office and research center is located in Burlington, MA. The scope of work included site utilities, electrical service, site lighting, switchgear, feeder distribution, lighting systems, kitchen equipment wiring, bus duct, emergency generator system, cable tray, lightning protection system, life safety systems, power wiring for mechanical systems, computer laboratory equipment wiring, UPS system and D.C. power supplies. This first phase of this project commenced in June 1999 and was completed in January 2000. The second phase began in June 2001 and was completed in November 2001.

Mail Processing Facility, Waltham, MA

This 377,000 square foot one-story mail processing facility and three-story office building owned by the United States Postal Service is located in Waltham, MA. Our scope of work included the complete electrical system containing 15KV high voltage site utilities and switchgear, unit substations, switchgear, feeder distribution, site lighting, interior lighting, emergency systems, lighting controls, fire alarm system, sound/paging system, mechanical equipment power wiring, security system, devices, telephone data provisions, devices and branch circuit wiring and mail handling mechanism power wiring. The project began in October 1994 and was completed in October 1996.

General Contractor: Gilbane Building Company
During February 1999 demolition began on what was once the 500,000 square
foot Methuen Mall. In July 1999 we were contracted to provide the complete
electrical infrastructure for the new 56 acre retail / entertainment complex,
known as The Loop, that would stand in its place. The scope of work included
all site electrical, telecommunication and fire alarm utilities, site lighting,
electrical services and base building core / shell electrical systems. This
project was completed in October 2000.

Cinema, Lowell, MA

This 14 screen state-of-the-art facility is located at the intersection of Routes 3, 495 and the Lowell Connector in Lowell, MA. The project commenced in late June 1997 and despite a very challenging schedule was completed on time in early December 1997. The scope of work included complete site utilities, site lighting, 3000A service, feeder distribution, switchgear, emergency systems, lighting and controls, fire alarm system, audio visual systems, projection booth equipment wiring, mechanical systems equipment wiring, concession equipment wiring, neon lighting, telephone/data cabling, EMS system, tivoli lighting, dimming systems, cctv, sound/PA systems and devices.
