Candace Dyal is President of Dyal Compass LLC. Dyal Compass specializes in design, real estate development and luxury rental properties in the United States.

BACKGROUND

Candace began her real estate career with Holmes & Kennedy, Chappaqua, NY serving in sales as a top producer. Candace developed, renovated and sold condominiums in New York City and residential homes in New York State, London, United Kingdom and Kiawah Island, SC. Prior to her real estate ventures, Candace spent 13 years on Wall Street working as a top producer for Oppenheimer & Company.

EDUCATION

Candace holds a graduate degree in Psychology from Birbeck College, London, United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology from Wheaton College, Norton, MA.

COMMUNITY SERVICE

Candace is a board member for KieveWavus Camps in Nobleboro, ME, a member of the Presidents Commission Board for Wheaton College, Norton, MA and a Trustee, Massachusetts Ear & Eye Hospital,
Boston, MA.

PERSONAL

Candace spends her time between Boston, MA and Kiawah Island, SC. She has 2 sons, Nicholas and Evan, who are attending Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Stacey is Senior Vice President of Dyal Compass LLC. Stacey is responsible for managing the day-to-day business operations of Dyal Compass LLC.

BACKGROUND

Stacey began her career working for Massachusetts Capital Resource Company; a small venture capital firm investing in Massachusetts based business. Stacey joined Wellington Management Company, LLP, a private investment management firm, and spent 8 years working in a variety of roles within International Equities, Client Marketing Services and Global Business Development.

EDUCATION

Stacey holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Suffolk University, Boston MA and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Allegheny College Meadville, PA.

COMMUNITY SERVICE

Stacey is a co-chair of the Host Family Committee and a member of the Annual Fund Committee for an independent school in Beverly, MA and a member of the Music Committee at First Church of Christ (Old North) in Marblehead, MA.

Stacey and her husband Ali reside in Marblehead, MA with their 3 young children, Michaela, John and Spencer.
