Some Information About Us

Located in Concord’s most elegant office building, the newly opened Gateway Event Center provides an exciting setting for your event, whether it’s business, non-profit, or social.  We’re convenient to get to on the southern edge of downtown Concord, right off I-93, Exit 13. 

Facilities consist of a magnificent 1,269 square foot Ballroom, with reception space for 170 persons and capacity to serve formal dinners for up to 100 guests.  The Ballroom can be divided, if desired, into two smaller venues, the Monadnock and Sunapee rooms, for more intimate affairs or for dual function events (e.g., a seminar followed by dinner).

Adjacent to the Ballroom, a Reception/Bar area serves as a delightful gathering place before an event or during breaks.  On Saturdays after 1 pm and on Sundays our glass-domed ground floor Atrium is also available to accommodate groups of up to 150 persons for receptions and cocktail parties.

A complete commercial kitchen makes it easy for our fully licensed and insured pool of caterers to offer a wide variety of cuisines and styles of presentation. Along with us, they’re ready to assist you with all your planning needs, ranging from culinary and dietary to audiovisual equipment, décor, and entertainment.

In short, we’re eager to host your business meeting, conference, working breakfast, seminar, fundraiser, or training session. Equally enthusiastically, we invite you to consider us for your holiday, birthday or retirement party,  or your social group luncheon, wedding reception, or anniversary banquet.
