 Salt Crusted Prime Rib

Served with Horseradish Jus, Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Holiday Vegetables, and Yorkshire Pudding.

Baked Salmon

Accompanied by Swiss Chard, Bacon and Riccota Gnochi, and a Mediterranean Tomato Sauce.
