We feel a change in style or stylist can be refreshing. As a team, we
work together to provide you with the best service. Feel free to make
appointments with other staff members any time you wish.
Payment
The Staff at CHRISTINE & Company are all highly trained professionals.
Each operator has set their own prices. If you are paying by check, please
make your check payable to CHRISTINE & Company. In the event you are
using a credit/debit card, the receptionist will document your services
and purchases, and distribute the payments properly for you.
Gratuities
Gratuities are greatly appreciated and should be given to the specific
person that rendered service.
Professionalism
If, for any reason, you experience a problem while at CHRISTINE &
Company, please bring it to the attention of the Management. We will strive
to maintain the most relaxing environment with discretion and professionalism
at all times.
Children and Service
Areas
For the safety and consideration of our guests and employees, only those
receiving services will be permitted in the service area. For the safety
of children under 12 who are not receiving services, adult supervision
is required in the waiting area.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received at least 4 hours prior to the appointment
time or be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service price. If a spa
package is cancelled, the full price of the package will be charged unless
the cancellation is received at least 24 hours in advance.
