STEP TWO: Creating Links
Enter some of your favorite web sites to see how links
are created. The first web site is included to show you an example of a
Clickable Text Link (go ahead, click on the phrase "Click for PUBSNET") to
see what happens. You can enter whatever you want for Clickable Text.
The Web Sites you enter must be the full web addresses
(such as: http://www.grantcom.us or http://www.boston.com).The Clickable
Text is the text you will click on to jump to that Web Site. .

STEP THREE: Writing Your HTML Page
Content
Now you're ready to write your HMTL Page
Content by entering headers, paragraphs, links, and other types of
content.
First, click on the Add Header 1 button. We
will ask you to enter the text for that Header 1, and then we will write
that HTML to the HTML Page Content.
Second , click on the Add
Paragraph button. Important Note: When you click on the Add
Paragraph button, we insert the paragraph tag <P> into the HTML Page
Content. Click your cursor immediately following the <P> in the HTML
Page Content to type your paragraph.
Third, have fun...explore... and observe as
the HTML is written into the Content Window!

STEP FOUR: Completing
Your HTML Page
A complete HTML page requires tags that
identify the main segments of an HTML page, such as <HEAD>
</HEAD> and <BODY></BODY>. Click on the Complete My HTML
Page button below to take information you entered in Steps 1 through Step
3 above and automatically include the HTML segment information.
You can then scroll through the HTML page to
become familiar with HTML code and structure.
