the appointment of David M. McGillivray to the position of Vice President &
General Manager of MediaPhonics USA Ltd., effective January 1, 1999.
In his new role at MediaPhonics Corporation, David's
responsibilities will include corporate development, worldwide sales and marketing,
and the overall operations of the North American company.
Mr. McGillivray, age 36, reports to Frederic-James Gentizon,
President & CEO of MediaPhonics SA, brings to the company a strong operational
background in sales and marketing with more than 15 years experience in the computer
and telephony industries.

high performance sales organization and to provide operations skills in a rapidly

Prior to joining MediaPhonics, David held various senior
management positions at Natural MicroSystems, (NASDAQ; NMSS) where he was a key
contributor in building the sales and marketing organization, primarily in the
area of strategic alliances and partnerships. Most recently he served as the ector
of Business Development.
During his 10 years at Natural MicroSystems, the company
grew from a small start -up to a worldwide leader in the computer telephony industry
with over 350 employees. The company has partnerships with global technology suppliers
such as Comverse, Lucent, Siemens, Motorola and Microsoft.
Before joining Natural MicroSystems, David worked for
Leading Edge Corporation, a provider of PC hardware and software products where
he held management positions in their PC group. Mr. McGillivray also holds a BA
