PhoneRider USB introduces a new level of serviceability and
ease of use to CTI. Base on the industry standard Universal Serial Bus (USB) specification,
PhoneRider USB simply plugs into the USB port on a PC, and hardware set-up is
complete. It eliminates the need to open the computer to install internal cards.

- Hot-swap - install or remove PhoneRider in a live systems.
The PC automatically detects it and configures the necessary software.
- USB Hubs - peripheral devices that have additional
ports, enabling applications to scale from one to eight ports (under USB 1.1,
and beyond eight ports with USB 2.0)
