Roast Native Turkey
Served with Herb and Onion Stuffing, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Fall Vegetables and Gravy.

Grilled Atlantic Salmon
Served with Capers, Smoked Bacon and Caramelized Onion with a Sherry and Vinegar Sauce.
Accompanied by Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Fresh Fall Vegetables.

Honey Glazed Ham
Accompanied by Dried Cherry Sauce with Maple Sweet Potatoes and Fresh Fall Vegetables.

Roast Prime Rib of Beef
With Sweet Garlic and Thyme Jus, topped with a Horseradish Popover.
Accompanied by Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Fresh Fall Vegetables.

Pan Seared Scallops
Served in an Apple Jack Brandy and Onion Broth, with Maple Sweet Potatoes and Holiday Vegetables.

Seasonal Vegetables
Stewed Cauliflower, Sweet Potato and Apple Au Gratin served with an array of Fresh Fall Vegetables.

A selection of seasonal desserts will be offered along with coffee, tea or decaf.

All Entrees are accompanied by warmed apple cider, Fresh Baked rolls and cornbread, tender field green salad, potatoes and vegetables.
